FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask about Ludo Rocket, answered straight.

Is Ludo Rocket free to play?

Yes. Ludo Rocket is free to download and play on iOS and Android. Optional purchases are cosmetic only — dice skins and themes that never affect gameplay or your rank.

How is Ludo Rocket different from other Ludo games?

The rules are retuned for speed. Rolls of 1, 2 or 3 move your puck double, so there are no dead rolls; purple Boost Pads fling you four extra squares; and capturing an opponent launches your puck six squares forward and gives you another roll. Every turn also runs on a 10-second clock. Matches finish in minutes instead of the half hour classic Ludo usually takes.

Can I play Ludo Rocket offline or without internet?

Yes. Local Arena works fully offline — play Classic or 2v2 against AI opponents, or pass-and-play with friends on one device. No connection needed.

Can I play Ludo online with friends?

Yes. Create a private room and share the code to play with exactly the people you invite, or team up with a friend and take on other teams in 2v2.

What is 2v2 team Ludo?

Four players in two teams — Team A and Team B — with partners sitting diagonally opposite. There's no individual finish line: the first team to bring 8 pucks home between the two partners wins. Team play adds blocking walls, sieges, and a support handoff when one partner finishes early.

How long does a match take?

Minutes, not half-hours. The doubled low rolls, Boost Pads and capture slingshots keep pucks moving, and the 10-second turn timer keeps players moving.

Does Ludo Rocket involve real money, betting, or gambling?

No. There is no wagering, no entry fees, and no cash prizes of any kind. Matches are played for Rank Points and Season XP only, and in-game currencies have no cash value and can't be traded or redeemed.

What happens if I disconnect or my turn timer runs out?

The AI takes over your seat and keeps playing it, so the match finishes fairly for everyone else. You can reclaim your seat at any point by tapping your dice.

When does Ludo Rocket launch, and on which platforms?

Ludo Rocket is in active development for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Join the waitlist on our homepage and we'll email you the moment it's live.
